When I started big idea I had never herd about Arduino and I didn't know any thing about it. But over the semester I learned what Arduino is and how to make a program work with the boards and led's. There are two main parts to Arduino, the Arduino board / bread board and the Arduino code. The Arduino board runs the code and the bread board distributes the power and signals to each part. The code is an important part of the system it controls what the lights, motors and servos do.

Throughout the semester I learned how to write code, how to wire up the bread board and many other little things. All of these things were good to learn but I think the best thing l learned was attention to detail. I learned this because when writing the code one small error would stop everything. This was truly frustrating because it would take so long just to find a simple error. This showed me that I needed to take my time and not make mistakes. It would end up taking longer if you tried to go fast because you would make more mistakes that you would have to go back and correct.
